Why Phasey exists

Too many girls and women are expected to piece together information about their bodies, periods, relationships, wellness, pregnancy, motherhood, money, careers, and changing health on their own.
Phasey's mission is to make sure girls and women never have to navigate those phases feeling uninformed, embarrassed, or alone.

Phasey's mission is to make sure girls and women never have to navigate the phases of their lives feeling uninformed, embarrassed, or alone.
From a first period to adulthood, relationships, reproductive health, pregnancy, motherhood, career, wellness, menopause, and everything in between, Phasey creates a trusted space where girls and women can learn about their bodies, ask the questions they may not feel comfortable asking anywhere else, connect with others, and access reliable information and resources.
We believe no question about being a girl or woman should be considered too embarrassing or taboo to ask. By combining education, community, cycle awareness, wellness, and real-world resources, Phasey aims to give every generation more knowledge than the one before it—so fewer girls and women are left saying:
